- ISOSCAN, a 16-channel scanner by Radix. It has 5 distinctive software versions for a wide variety applications that must be reviewed before selecting a model.
- With up to 16 inputs and 16 outputs, ISOSCAN receives input from 8 types of thermocouples (B, E, J, K, N, R, S, T) Pt100 RTD sensors and voltage or current (0-20 mA or 4-20 mA) linear input.
- Inputs can be selected on the front panel of the scanner without DIP reconfiguring for each channel, making it very easy to operate.
- Operators also programs set points and alarms on ISOSCAN via membrane keys on the front of the unit. Inputs may be grouped together to trigger a common alarm.
- ISOSCAN’s channel-scan time for all of the inputs is less than 1.6 seconds.
- The scanner indicates process value, set point value and channel scanned in three two-color LED displays. 32 additional LEDs indicates the status of 16 relays and 16 alarms.
- A secondary 2 x 16 character LCD facilitates programming of input type, range, grouping, etc. ISOSCAN’s 8 electromagnetic relays perform ON-OFF control - heating, cooling or cooling with compressor time delay and also trigger high, low, deviation high and low, in band and out band alarms.
- The scanner transmits 8 isolated current or voltage output signals to other devices such as a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) or Solid-State Relay (SSR).
- Signal isolation protects your devices and machines downstream of our instruments from damaging fluctuations in the input signal.
- ISOSCAN process values and events are viewed on a SCADA, which supports up to 32 instruments, thousands of tags and offers control features such as data-retrieval, trend mapping, 2 levels of security, set-point and alarms programming amongst others.
- ISOSCAN is optionally available in an enclosure that is certified flameproof for gas groups I, IIA and IIB with IP55 rating; resistant to moderate levels of dust and water. ISOSCAN can be made in a vertical or horizontal configuration.

TEC302, a programmable temperature or process controller housed in a heavy-duty enclosure certified flameproof for gas groups I, IIA & IIB with IP65 rating - completely dust proof and a good level of protection against water.
It can be pipe-mounted or wall-mounted. TEC302 is factory-programmed to receive input from one of 3 input groups: Group 1, which has Pt100 RTDs (standard), Group 2, consisting of 4-20 mA, 0-20 mA and 0-10 V DC linear inputs or Group 3 which contains Pt100 RTDs, 8 types of thermocouples (B, E, J, K, N, R, S, T) as well as 0-20 mA and 4-20 mA linear inputs.
A large LED dual-display on the front of the controller shows the difference in values of the set point and process value while 1 additional LED indicate the status the single relay.
Buttons on the front of TEC302, accessible through the flameproof enclosure, allow operators to easily program 1 set point for the process value.
With an error of only 0.1% of full-scale value, this is a controller of superior accuracy.
